Here's how our program works:
Simply send an e-mail to Joe Rossini at
stating that you would like to make a referral. Include your name and phone number with a convenient time and date for a return phone call. Joe will confirm the time and date and call you back at the EXACT SCHEDULED TIME!
If we sign a lease with your referral, Monroe Land Investments, LLC will write a $250 check made out to your name and mail it to you on the "EXACT DAY" your referring company moves in to our office park.
It's that SIMPLE!
