Monroe Land Investments, a New Jersey Partnership was founded in 1983 by George Bensing, Joe Rossini, Joe York and Michael York. This was the same group of shareholders and owners of Mechanic's Auto Parts, Inc, which was founded in 1976 and grew their company into the largest and most efficient wholesale/retail chain of auto parts stores in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. At their peak MAPI was well known by the 160 little yellow trucks that roamed the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey marketplace delivering auto parts 10 hours each business day.

Mechanic's Auto Parts, Inc was sold in 1998 as Monroe Land Investments and its sister companies remained under the same management, intact to-date. The founders and shareholders of both organizations, grew their businesses by providing extraordinary service to their clients and tenants.

Since 1983, Monroe Land Investments and its sister companies have owned and operated commercial real estate buildings in many Southern New Jersey towns and cities, as well as in several locations in the City of Philadelphia.

Currently Monroe Land Investments and its sister companies own and operate commercial real estate properties in Blackwood, NJ; Camden, NJ; Cherry Hill, NJ;  Medford, NJ; Williamstown, NJ; as well as four single and multi-complex buildings in the City of Philadelphia.

The latest acquisition of Monroe Land Investments, LLC is a business park located at 105 Evesboro-Medford Rd in Marlton NJ. It's new name is Monroe Business Park.

With 140 years of combined business experience, the four members of Monroe Land Investments, LLC  continue to excel in areas of Accounting; Advertising: Building Planning and Construction; Marketing; Project Management; Property Management; and of course EXCELLENT CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.
